Job Description
For 18 months, you will have the opportunity to learn about various areas of the company, accompanied by a mentor who will support you in your career path and with whom you will have the opportunity to discuss your professional goals and receive feedback, as well as benefit from a diversified and continuous training plan.
This program includes two assignments, interdivisional and/or international, that must be aligned and discussed internally according to the expectations and business needs.
Qualifications
- Degree or master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science, SW Engineering or related fields.
- Maximum 3 years professional experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work in a team.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Comfort with rapidly changing priorities.
- Interest in international experience.
- Interest in digital transformation topics.
- Experience in using agile methodologies (preferred).
