CGI is hiring an IT Trainee Talent Acquisition for HR Team in Lisbon!

You'll be the driving force behind sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates to empower CGI's projects, and you'll be part of our experienced recruitment team.

CGI is looking for a team player with deep knowledge of the IT recruitment field and a good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure that we meet the recruitment plan and keep the Hiring Managers up to date;
• Able to source candidates and conduct searches to build strong candidate pipelines autonomously;
• Develop and execute different sourcing strategies like advertising, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, direct sourcing, job fairs and others;
• Conduct Interviews and extend job offers;
• -Follow up on the selected candidates to ensure a great onboarding experience.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Degree in Human Resources;
• Motivation to learn IT Tech Recruitment (mandatory);
• Motivation to explore LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory);
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), any other language is a plus;
• Good command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Team player attitude.
