Internship opportunity at Bane Tech!

Elegantly built, their lightning fast products will weightlessly run at the core of their business, providing Key Performance Indicators in real-time with proper support and also a nearshore model.

The two open positions are:

1º Front-End Developer Internship

Responsibilities:

  • Develop front-end products based on requirement specifications using Node.js and Angular;
  • Contribute to the creation of libraries, APIs, and frameworks for Bane Tech's products;
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle;
  • Assist in drafting requirements and technical specifications;
  • Perform unit testing to ensure software quality;
  • Work on developing new features for state-of-the-art products and technologies, with a focus on enterprise integrations;
  • Utilize technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, Angular and Angular Material;
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional team using the Scrum methodology.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (or adaptable to the student's schedule);
  • Includes preparing an Internship Report as part of daily activities.

Required Experience:

  • Basic understanding of front-end concepts, such as MVC, front-end frameworks (Angular), and tools (e.g., npm, Git);
  • Knowledge of using APIs (e.g., REST);
  • Basic understanding of database concepts and technologies (e.g., MySQL);
  • Previous experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular Material is a plus but not mandatory.

2º Middleware Developer Internship

Responsibilities:

  • Develop horizontal scalable Integration Platforms (Middleware) in Java from requirement specifications in Apache Camel and Bane Tech FireFly;
  • Contribute to the creation of libraries, APIs, and frameworks for Bane Tech's products;
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle;
  • Assist in drafting requirements and technical specifications;
  • Perform unit testing to ensure software quality;
  • Work on developing new features for state-of-the-art products and technologies, with a focus on enterprise integrations;
  • Utilize technologies such as: Java, Apache Camel, REST and SOAP, Visual Studio Code, Apache Maven, MySQL, Shell Scripting, Git and UML;
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional team using the Scrum methodology.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (or adaptable to the student's schedule);
  • Includes preparing an Internship Report as part of daily activities.

Required Experience:

  • Proficiency in Java programming language;
  • J2EE experience with application servers;
  • Knowledge of using APIs (e.g., REST);
  • Basic understanding of database concepts and technologies (e.g., MySQL);
  • Knowledge of the following: Visual Studio Code, Apache Maven, MySQL, Shell Scripting, Git and UML.
