Internship Opportunity – Intern Business Developer (Product & Distribution Team) | DAZN

DAZN is looking for an intern to join its Product & Distribution team for a 6-month internship in Lisbon.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, working at the intersection of Product, Customer Experience, and CRM Retention within a global sports streaming platform.

Location: Lisbon
Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Support communication management with customers and prospects;
• Assist in CRM retention initiatives and churn analysis;
• Contribute to improving the user experience across the platform;
• Prepare reports and performance dashboards;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects.

Profile:

• Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Interest in sports, digital products, and customer experience;
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.
