Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for a Studio Manager in Lisbon, Portugal. The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, manage staff, provide excellent customer service at reception and over the phone, and ensure a welcoming environment for all clients. Responsibilities include team leadership, studio maintenance, and effective communication with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills;
• Proven Team Leadership abilities;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
• Previous experience in a wellness or fitness studio is a plus;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

The schedule is flexible, about 2 hours or 4 hours per day, from 1 to 7 days per week.

Full-Time (40h): 1000€

Part-Time (20h): 500€.
