They’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist to help them deliver exceptional experiences to their customers and support the day-to-day success of their commercial and office operations.

What You’ll Do
In this dynamic and people-centric role, you'll:
- Support public tender submissions (e.g., VortalGov, Acingov);
- Manage incoming leads and ensure smooth information flow to Sales;
- Maintain digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint) for sharing key documents and manuals;
- Provide administrative support to Sales, Distributors, and Direct Customers;
- Assist with HSE documentation and safety platform updates;
- Coordinate bookings and support TASKI equipment processes;
- Support IT with logistics (e.g., phones, devices);
- Ensure smooth office operations—from supply management to visitor coordination.
What You Bring
- Degree (nice to have not an elimination factor) in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent work experience;
- Strong computer skills: Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, (CRM tools like Salesforce will be valued);
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese. And as 2nd language English will be valued;
- A team-first attitude and attention to detail;
- A desire to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
